Hayat Expenses is an internal app used by Hayat company staff to record and approve business expenses.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, full name, and role (employee, department manager, general manager, accountant), used to sign you in and set your permissions.
• Expense data: request title, description, amounts, currency, dates, bill number and department — company financial information.
• Attachments: photos and PDF files you upload as receipts or invoices.
• Notification identifier: your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token, used to send approval-status notifications.

The app does not collect location or contacts, and contains no advertising or marketing trackers.

How the data is used

Solely to operate the expense-approval workflow — submission, manager review, and accountant payment — and to notify you of updates. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Data is sent to the company's own servers, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used only to deliver push notifications.

Security and retention

All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Expense records and attachments are retained as part of the company's accounting records for as long as its requirements demand.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Accounts are created and managed by the company, so some requests may be referred to its administration.

Children

The app is intended for company employees aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
